“Having completed my order and looking forward to receiving the goods the following day which was really important as I had hoped to complete a project before the weekend, I was really disappointed to receive an email the following day stating that they couldn't deliver without an extra £10 charge.
I can understand extra charges for remote areas/ Islands etc. but we are mainland. I believe the company should question their carriers or be prepared to change the transport options as over £15 as a charge is unacceptable and probably costing them business.”

Only slight negative was not being able to arrange the item to be left in a safe place by the courier as it needed to be signed for. In this case I was happy for it to be left so would have been nice, and probably cheaper for the retailer to have that as an option.”
