Sadly the courier let the company down but within an hour of my email I had a detailed response showing the tracking information from the parcel. Within 2 minutes of that email my postage was refunded along with details of a new arrival time and date and an apology. It's rare you get a response from companies these days let alone first class prices, service and old fashioned values long since gone in most examples of online shopping.
