“The product I purchased what great. I was disappointed in that I was expecting delivery in 48 hours & I still hadn't received it 7 days later. I called Wled to be told the product had to be ordered from somewhere else??? The item was then delivered 11 days after the initial order. If Wled had contacted me explaining the situation I would have given them 5*”

“I had 2 faulty bulb delivered, although hot replaced. Everything was good(service and product), the return is a bit of a pain. Filling out that return form is not perfect. The cells on the spreadsheet are far too small, makes it difficult to squeeze in the name of the product, you wish to return. I gave a good rating, because of this otherwise I would have given very good.”

“Although early days and have not installed all products so can't comment on longevity of the products the service has been good. Minor complaint the tails on the connectors of the LED under cabinet tube lights are too short.”

“Order arrived promptly but an additional fitting kit ordered was missing. A phone call got it sorted. The T5 strip light delivered is a very different colour output from a previous version delivered 2 weeks previously despite both being supposedly 'warm white' 3000K.”

“Website could be a bit easier to find things on, probably down to IT guys who set it up, arrived roughly when it was supposed to, bulbs seem fine but as always there is no way to gauge how long they will last, only what you are told their life should be.”

“One item was damaged by Parcel Force so I contacted WLED and they told me to return the one that was damaged. I had to pay another £18.11 before they would send a replacement. That was received within two days. I returned the broken one the same day that I received it AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE REFUND OF £18.11 after 3 reminders !!!”

“The lights were taller then most I have fitted but didn't cause a problem. I had to run a separate earth to these units as they are in a metal canister to avoid possible shock on changing bulb. The lights look really nice fitted and with 5W LED bulbs fitted are super bright.”

“Initially had problems where the shopping trolley kept re-directing me to some American "deal of the day" website, that could very easily lose you business. The GU10 LEDs that I ordered are fine, fitted the downlight cage with no problems. I also ordered a dimmer module, unfortunately what was delivered was the wrong item, after a little persuasion the staff checked the item I had ordered vs the item that had been delivered and sent out a correct replacement ... in short mistakes happen and fixing them is what counts, in my case the extra day delay wasn't important.”

“Ordered the LED lamps, but failed to understand how cold 6000K lamps are so contacted Wholesale LED and explained to Wendy Needham my mistake and she understood and sent the return form for me to exchange them for 3000k warm lights, She also advise me that a trailing edge dimmer switch would be required which I then ordered. The replacement LED lamps were received within the week with the necessary type of dimmer switches. Thank you for the prompt action and advice.”

“I ordered a set of downlights that had 3 day delivery and the website indicated that they were in stock. After waiting a week I phoned and was told they weren't available for 3 more weeks. I ordered a replacement set that were slightly more expensive. These arrived promptly. The electrician who fitted the lights said they were good quality for the price. They look the part in the conservatory and you would not know they were less than £7 each.”
