“The internet shopping experience was fine but the delivery via Royal Mail could be improved. The floodlight was ordered on 3rd Feb but delivery only arrived on 8th Feb. I did contact WLED regarding delivery and spoke to a gentleman who was very helpful. The light has been installed and I am very satisfied with the quality of the unit and performance.”

“The LED's are nice & bright, much better than ones I have brought before. They are slightly longer than a normal Tungsten lamp. The lens is not glass but a clear sort of rubber. They are quite robust, especially after my dog got hold of the bag containing 15 lamps, & ripping all the packaging off the lamps, they still worked!”

“Website was easy to use and to place an order. Goods were despatched on the next working day and arrived 24 hours later by Royal Mail. I have replaced my old incandescent bulbs with the ones ordered and find them ideal. As I am getting on in years, I find the prospect of not having to replace the bulbs very attractive.”

“The LED took longer than expected to arrive and I had to phone the company to find out why; apparently they were out of stock but still managed to take immediate payment. A call to explain the delay would have been good PR. However, the LED did arrive in good condition. Have yet to install it. The only negative comments would be that the wire from the lamp is not very long and there are no installation instructions at all.”

“I was looking for G9 dimmable LED lights to replace existing halogen bulbs but found them difficult to find other than on the Wholesale LED website. I ordered them but noted that I needed to specify dimmable bulbs during the order process. They arrived promptly and when fitted to 4 lamps with dimmer facilities worked correctly so I am happy with the product.”

“Great range of LED lamps at what seem to be competitive prices. However, when placing an order online it's only when you reach the payment page you realise the full cost with VAT, P&P and delivery added. On visiting B & Q two days later, i saw the GU10 lamps I ordered £5 cheaper.”
