“Order of 12 volt LED arrived in reasonable time Only cool white available and they are significantly brighter than the old bulbs. I was not sure what difference to expect but am pleased with the result.”

“Recently ordered a back garden security light, and a batten fitment to replace an old fluorescent tube in the garage. Slight delay re. arrival of the former because an old model had been inadvertently ordered. But when they discovered the error the company couldn't have been more helpful, absorbing the extra cost and then delivering it to me in an impressive 48 hours later. Both products working beautifully.”

“The light is bright and great. Real change in my workshop and means I can see what I am doing. However the delivery by FedEx was poor. Two deadlines not met after I stayed in all day. Third attempt 7 working days after I ordered was successful. I realize that driver delivery is difficult at the moment but 3 delivery dates makes it difficult for customers. Thanks.”

“They sent out the wrong bulbs. And then I sent them an email explaining the problem. My new bulbs arrived quickly and with no fuss at all. I will use them again.”

“Orered two LED tube replacements for failed fluorescent tubes. Easy to order, and dispatched promptly. One arrived broken, the other was fine and used to replace one failed fluorescent. contacted customer service, who arranged a replacement, which also arrived broken. Contacted customer service again and a further replacement was dispatched, which also arrived broken. Shout out to Wholesale LED Lights customer services for their response and quick refund, after a short telephone discussion. Would still buy from Wholesale LED Lights on the basis of their great customer service. (We agreed that the broken tubes were most likely an issue with the courier.)”

“First time using this company. I was pretty happy with the sales as well as the support. My order, which was part custom lengths, was delivered the next day, despite me ordering after midday. I had a little issue re setup. One staff member called Andy I think, helped a ton, said if I was still stuck, speak to a chap called Vish. Vish talked me through the setup and diagnose the issue I was having. I installed the lights at a customers house, she couldn't be happier.”
