“So, so, I don't recall getting emailed order confirmation and the item in question was actually out of stock which your site did not show, this niggled me as I paid extra for next day delivery which is utterly pointless on an out of stock item ! Having heard nothing I phoned your company on Tuesday morning and the guy on the other end of the phone was helpful although the information he hand to hand was poor, he had to put me on hold to answer some pretty basic questions about lead times. Thankfully he told me the item was due in later on Tuesday and there was a good chance it would be with me on Wednesday which it was. So as I stated at the begining, a so so experience. I think you should invest in better back office systems and detail on your web site whether an item is in or out of stock”

“13 days and 4 phone calls later the LED lights I ordered finally arrived. Not the quick delivery I was expecting. To be honest when I rang up about my order the people dealing with me were very polite and I had no issue with how they dealt with my query. I would have preferred someone to say it is going to be 2 weeks before I see the lights instead of saying the lights will be in this afternoon and we shall dispatch them today which happened on two occasions but never got delivered as promised.”

“Order delivered very quickly but one of the bulbs don't work. I phoned yesterday and was told I would be sent a returns form via email. I haven't received it yet and I have checked my junk mail. Was delighted originally but not so delighted anymore.”

“Tom was very helpful and the order went through. I only received part of the order and on enquiring, was told that although the computer was showing the item that I ordered was in stock on checking with the stock room Tom was told that it was not in stock and would not be in until at least 20 Nov. I then cancelled this part of the order and am awaiting a refund. I stress Tom was very diligent and helpful.”

“The website was very comprehensive but I needed some further advise so contacted by phone. The operator was extremely helpful and offered some good advise. I was expecting the delivery in a few days but had to wait a week before delivery arrived. On the LED strip controller a terminal was broken but I was going to hard wire it anyway. Also the dimmable LED bulbs flicker when dimmed, not what I was expecting as they seem to be worse than the cheap LED NON dimmable bulbs I purchased off Ebay!”

“30W PIR Motion Sensor LED Floodlight arrived five days after ordering - after chasing up. Sent in original cardboard carton with no packaging whatsoever and no instructions. Plastic outer bag badly torn. Surprisingly it works”

“Spoke to Alex Palmer on Saturday Morning about there was no instructions in any of the boxes and the wrong colour lights where sent even though the boxes had the correct colour on them. Apart from that I am happy with the lights so far.”

“Used your website to order a floodlight. When I entered my card details the site crashed and I recieved no conformation email so I assumed it didn't work. I went on to order from a different site only to notice that you had in fact taken money from me so hopefully I will get the light through the post”

“Initially I though that the service and communication was good but then the goods didn't arrive when expected so I had to call and find out what was going on. Apparently the transformers weren't in stock (which I should have been notified about) but I was promised a higher grade product to stall me from getting a refund. 48hrs later I had to call up again to cancel the order as it had not arrived and I was told exactly the same story. This time I put more pressure on and received the goods the next day but I actually had people on standby waiting for these lights from Monday - Friday and we are not impressed so despite the polite staff we were not impressed with the service. The product is good though - once it arrived!”

“Items bought were part of a phone order. On the Wednesday I placed the order I was told all items were in stock and would be delivered Friday. Nothing came. Chased the order on the Monday to be told the items had been out of stock and were due in that day. I waited till Thursday before the items I ordered came, over a week since the order was placed. The LED strip lights and aluminium channel seem good quality (apart from the end caps didn't fit) and the transformer looked fine, but the miscommunication was just poor organisation on the sale persons behalf and if the items were out of stock it would have been nice to have a phone call to say so.”

Ordinarily items are dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed, but in this instance the items in question went out of stock which held up the order. “Wholesale Led lights as always impeccable. However this time, and I have used them many times before, has fallen down on delivery. Was 24hr tracked ,now 3 day and is 150 miles or so away at a distribution hub at the moment (according to tracking), suspect not their fault. However comment was requested and so delivered.”
