“I had ordered one item, but when about to be shipped it was noticed that the item was damaged. White Rose Tools immediately advised that this was the last one in stock and refunded me as well as advising that a similar model although more expensive was in stock. The replacement item was more powerful and on contacting them we agreed to proceed. Thi item was shipped immediately and delivered very promptly even though it was during the Christmas holiday period. Thank you for your help and most efficient service.”

“Fast delivery However the 3/8" insert nut of the bluespot breaker bar isn't big enough for the 3/8" square hole of the wrench sockets whose contact with it is supposed to be tight.”
