“What a lovely company! Buying online I thought it would be another generic purchase with no interaction but it became clear they really care about their customers. The product I bought was cheap, just a little replacement I needed for my home but they gave me as much gratitude as if I’d bought half their store. And speaking of price, cheap didn’t mean tacky; the product I received was of very high quality and I couldn’t be more impressed with the whole transaction if I tried. Would definitely recommend.”

“I love my product. It's absolutely brilliant. I'm so happy it came so quickly and I'm having so much fun engraving/burning the wood. Thank you so much! It heats up quickly and so easy to use. When I'm finished with it, I leave on the side for a few minutes, and after it's cooled down it is ready to be put away.”

“I bought a rechargeable COB LED folding table lamp to help give extra light for my craftwork, it is brilliant three levels of brightness which is exceptionally useful, I didn't realise how much I needed it. It arrived safely packaged and in good order. Thank you White Rose Tools.”
