“Excellent customer service. I received a lovely email from Luke at White Rose Tools a few days after my purchase, thanking me for my order and giving me a code to get discount on future orders. This impressed me - a personal touch. Most companies don't time to do that, apart from the standard "order received" and "order dispatched! communication. Great product and most definitely great service. Thank you.”
