“White Rose Tools met their claimed targets to dispatch of the goods and deserve recognition. They did also correctly warned that it could take up to 10 days for delivery. It actually took 11, including 2 week ends. Nevertheless, the disappointment was the mail services. Tracking data revealed many inexplicable days of delay along the transport chain - after leaving WRT it took 4 days to get it on a plane in the UK and a further 7 days (including a 3 day weekend) to get to Oz and then have it delivered - oh! for a parcel cam :-]”

“I realised after placing my order that there was another item I required. A quick 'phone call resulted in them adding the extra item so it could be included in the initial postage charge, very helpful. In summary, excellent service and quick, reasonably priced, delivery. Would definitely use again. David Aston”
