“Raised my order on a Sunday. I mistyped my email address in the order form, so emailed the firm directly from their website, asking them to correct my error. They responded on the Sunday, corrected my error and the goods arrived on the following Tuesday. All of which tells me that this company really does care about its service. 10 / 10 from me!”
