“I buy all of my greetings cards from Whistlefish as they are excellent quality at an amazing price of £10 for 10. They are a local company too which is important to me. Recently the order I received had two cards missing. I emailed customer service and they asked for photos of the shipping note and packing and afterwards sent out the missing cards. I usually shop online as it is much more convenient for me and find the website easy enough to navigate.”

“I always buy your greetings cards, and this year ordered equally attractive Christmas cards. I also bought Christmas wrapping paper, although beautiful the paper is far too thick and difficult to use and stick. I've made gift bags with it.”

“Great quality, lovely cards, would have given 5 star review but I queried the price I had been charged , I hadn't ordered enough cards for the special offer so ended up spending twice as much. Sadly customer service wasn't very helpful .”

“A wonderful selection of really good quality Christmas cards offered at a great price when buying a batch.....much better than the price in the Whistlefish shops. They only downside is the time it took for them to arrive and no updates......most online retailers now deliver very quickly and they keep the customer updated every step of the way. My partner ordered a batch of cards after seeing mine but she is still waiting for her delivery and she has no idea when to expect them.”

“Whistlefish products are lovely; often unusual & well-priced. The web-site is a bit clunky but eventually I can usually find what I’m looking for. The drop-down menu could offer more filters e.g. categories of cards: Sympathy, Get Well. The ‘Chat’ function is good. I used this very successfully once. The special offers are very good value & I can recommend using this way of buying gifts throughout the year.”

“Love Whistlefish cards and have been a customer for many years. The quality and range is always fabulous. However, my last order which contained a Christmas card for my parents was not up to their usual high standard and it looked like there was a roller mark on the card design. I emailed to ask if this was a printing error and sent a photo of the card; I was sent a replacement with exactly the same mark! On checking the website I can see the card on display also has the same mark. I was informed that this is the intended design of the card. I received an apology, offered a refund but only after I was asked to pay the return postage for the original and replacement cards.”
