Nice cards but customer service has got worse and worse over time. They now say it is five working days to ship an order unless you pay an extra £4.95 for express delivery. But, after 5 working days my order is still showing as unfulfilled. Will cancel the order when they re-open after the weekend, and move on to a more reliable company. Please be aware that Whistlefish are also ripping off local artists by illegally using their designs (or very very similar). All very disappointing and customers need to vote with their feet or nothing will change or improve.

Ordered 4 tea towels. because apparently one of the designs chosen was out of stock. I was refunded for the missing one but was disappointed not to be given the opportunity to choose a different design.

I ordered 2 canvases and 20 cards. I expected the cards to come separately as the website said there was a delay on the canvases. They didnt, in fact they didn't come at all. When I received the canvases I called to ask where the cards were. I was asked to send a photo of the pick list. I did, then I was asked for a photo of the canvases, weird, I had said I received them. Then I got a message saying some of the cards I'd ordered (over a week earlier) were now out of stock. Very disappointed with the whole experience and was made to feel like I was lying, which is odd as the canvases cost over £160 and I said I had those, it was £20 worth of cards I was missing. Unlikely that I'll shop online with them again.

Disappointed that some of the cards I ordered are large letters and will cost me more in postage. This was not clear on the website. I went back and checked. Although you share the size of the card you do not make it clear it is a large letter post.

Beautiful cards ruined by the worst customer service imaginable. Confusing billing resulted in me being ripped off and Whistlefish had no desire to assist. Won't be using this again and I've told everyone I know not to use you either

I received my order promptly but there was an item missing. I contacted Whistlefish immediately by email and received a reply asking me to send some photographs of the order, which I did. I asked for a replacement or a refund but have heard nothing in reply. The missing item was part of a Christmas present so it’s particularly inconvenient.

Initial delivery very efficient. Badly packed so glass in picture broken. Pick up, exchange/replace,ent and engagement with customer services very poor.

I love the products Unfortunately one of them was misrepresented a box of notelets were in fact a box of birthday cards Unable to give them as a gift But to send them back I had to pay postage not worth it

I was really disappointed with my recent order. The despatch team sent out the incorrect size of the framed Padstow Harbour print. The order had been timed to allow me to deliver the print as a birthday present for my daughter. I provided evidence of the mistake and the correct print was sent out but not until the first print had been collected and returned which meant that I was unable to give my daughter her present on time.

This purchase was a particular request for my daughter in law. From that point of view it was just what she wanted. However from my point of view I found the cost of P&P extortionate, not sure how that is justified. My other complaint is the vast amount of packaging, completely over the top making a trip to the tip necessary to get rid of huge amount of cardboard.

The cards were very good quality, however I ordered a ‘for your July birthday’ card and received a June one! Not a great deal of use near the end of July. Maybe, check and double check before packing up an order. Had to give my friend a generic card
