“The cards are very pretty and well made. I love the packaging and the little stickers on each card giving it a personal touch. I would have given 5 stars but my package was delayed due to an increase in orders, meaning I had to go out and buy more cards for up coming birthdays.”

“The quality and pricing of the cards is excellent and delivery is usually very swift. I am pleased that there is no longer plastic pockets protecting each card and the cardboard packaging of the parcel is ideal. It offers perfect protection and is easy to recycle.”

“I have been a customer for many years and found everything excellent. This meant that I presumed all the orders were correct when they arrived. The last order was opened and put into my empty card box. Imagine my surprise when I found a 1st birthday card amongst it. I choose cards by checking my birthday book and nowhere do I have one year olds ! The invoice also had a refund on a tote bag which I haven't yet received. Possibly a sudden lack of concentration ? This won't stop me ordering my next batch though !”

“I received my order after quite a long wait due to a high quantity of orders received to yourselves. Very good quality but purely by chance I noticed one card was missing from my order . I sent an email explaining this and had to send proof of the missing item , photo of packing note , before waiting for email reply and subsequent replacement of missing card . All sorted eventually but it all took a while .”

“The quality and prints of the cards I received are lovely. Sadly the dispatch/delivery of my order was very delayed and after the advised delivery date they still had not even been dispatched. Once contacted this was sorted and my order arrived swiftly.”

“The cards are very good quality, especially so if you get them in the sale! I get all my cards in one go at the start of the year. Sometimes wish there was a greater selection or that the designs were updated more regularly as having done the 'buy them all at once' a couple of years now, I find the selection is not wide enough to avoid me having to repeat cards for family members. Also, delivery is pretty slow so don't order a card for someone if you need it in a few days time because the chances are it won't arrive in time.”

“Lovely cards, great value. Seems to be an improved time between placing order and delivery these days, which is much better. Would be helpful if minimum spend to get free delivery was £20 as I think more people would place orders, as x2 lots of cards for £10 deal would mean free delivery.”

“There was a problem with delivery due to parcel not being addressed correctly After a telephone call to customer services everything was sorted and I received my order 2 days later. I was very pleased with the cards I had chosen lovely designs quality cards at an excellent price.”

“I love all the different cards you produce and have been ordering them for years. Even sending them to Australia to my sister who chooses which ones she wants, I order them and then send them to her. The one thing I feel could be improved is your delivery. I placed an order on the 18th jan and still hasn’t had any info on whether it’s been despatched. It’s now the 21st which I think at least the order would have been completed. I know you must be busy but hopefully I will be sent an email soon to say it’s been despatched.”
