“Hi although I love your cards ordering is misleading. When I was ordering it said I’d get free delivery but after placing the order it charged me delivery I understand the offers took it to under the price for free delivery but it’s misleading when it says free delivery when selecting your cards. Very misleading”

“Ok , Children's birthday cards good for up to 4 then the designs are very juvenile - need to cater for 6 +++++- football rugby etc etc - not dinosaurs!!!!! Christmas cards this year VERY DARK & DISMAL - totally boring Love the birthday month idea- but MEN have birthdays too so please put some suitable for males and NOT just flowers”

“The products are always wonderful. However, the last two times I have ordered I have encountered a problem. One of the gift bags was squashed into the packaging and damaged. Second time, I was actually missing a product. Both times I was sorted out by Whistlefish, but it becomes hassle.”

“I bought some beautiful tea towels and bags to take to Australia as I wanted something from the UK to friends and family. Unfortunately the normal slick and reliable postal system let you down as the items arrived the day I was on the plane to Perth. There didn't seem to be an option to click on swift post delivery,so I will have a box of presents that will be unused. Whistle fish, please put a warning that items will be delayed for more than a week if you have a sale on.”

“Whistlefish cards are good quality cards and very good value when purchased as part of an offer. Delivery is a bit slow but that could be because I usually buy when there is an offer. I am always pleased with my purchase.”
