“Whistlefish staff are friendly and very helpful. I love the different designs of all their card's and they aren't expensive either. When they do their deals it's amazing. I would definitely recommend whistlefish cards,tins, wrapping paper, pictures ect and staff willing to help you if you need anything.”

“Gorgeous cards that are perfect for any occasion. Delivery slower than normal but this isn't usually a problem. The 10 for £10 is a great deal.”

“Like the sustainability ethos, size and feel of the cards. Like choosing a card to fit the person. We buy a significant amount of cards for all occasions and usually find appropriate designs. Disappointed that my substitution for 9 cards was not to my liking. Please Whistlefish don’t substitute with a different design I’d rather have duplicates of the ones I’ve already chosen. Hope this helps.”

“I like the birthday cards that I ordered. However, sadly the brown (I guess 'green') envelopes do not have sufficient glue to close the envelope and I need to use the addition of sellotape.”

“The cards are brilliant really lovely. I was just disappointed after spending about £30 it was free delivery or pay £7 for quick delivery. I took the free delivery but needed them as they were sympathy cards for a funeral. I put a message on the order please could I get them ASAP. Five days later no message to say they had been sent so I had to ring and they weren't very helpful. And previous I had sent an enquiry off the website I didn't even get an acknowledgement. So that let it down. But the cards are brilliant”

“I often buy cards and wrapping paper from Whistlefish either online or in store and service has always been good. However, this Christmas it was not so good for several reasons: 1) When ordering Christmas cards I couldn't order more than 4 of one kind 2) The cards took a long time to be sent out, creating a tight time scale for getting them written and sent out in time for the last RM posting dates. When I contacted you I was told it was because of the popularity of your Black Friday deals. 3) There were cards missing from my order which you had refunded me for, but this left me short on cards and I would have preferred you to contact me to see if I'd like a different choice sent out instead. For me personally good customer service is far more important than one off Black Friday deals. I love Whistlefish for being a sustainable, Cornish company with a great choice of lovely designs in cards and wrapping paper. I don't expect Black Friday deals from you and the year long 20 cards for £10 is already a good price. Please please continue to do what you do best 😊”
