“Cards always stunning . A very good mix of cards at a good price. Have good offers throughout the year. Website is easy to navigate. Goods well packaged but delivery quite slow compared to others which is fine as long as you know and can cater for it.”

“Goods were delayed a long time after ordering then 1 item was missing. This was replaced but not a great start. Having purchased goods whilst on holiday in Cornwall I then ordered on line as I was impressed with the goods.”

“I really like Whistlefish cards and have used them a lot on line and in the shop in Padstow but a negative experience with a recent order. Was sent the incorrect card, sent a mother card instead of the sister card I had ordered as part of order. Mum recently passed away. I sent an email, received an apology but asked to photo the pick list, and proof of the parcel as if I was lying about it .Felt a bit off.”

“I love the Whistlefish cards-my only 'moan' with the company is what i find to be a very complicated way of accessing the rewards in your rewards club etc.--isn't there a more simple way of doing discount to loyal customers ? Other than that I have no complaints (& I LOVE the occasional free tin you issue--thank you so much)”

“Love their cards and wrapping paper. Amazing quality Just be warned though it comes in cardboard box and my delivery was delayed by which time I was away for a few days and my safe place for the post wasn’t dry enough with all the rain we’ve been having!! My own fault but just be aware.”

“The cards are lovely as always but delivery was not good our full address was not put onto the parcel so it was taken to main sorting office and this only opens at certain times which were inconvenient to us.”
