“Picture (bluebell woods) arrived with white frame not black frame as advertised (specifically chose this picture because it had a black frame to match others in room) . Whistlefish offered immediate exchange but couldn't go to trouble of returning, decided to keep and hang elsewhere. Haven't ordered from Whistlefish since but may do so again in future.”

“Was disappointed thst the cards were too big for normal postage. This should have been highlighted and I would have chosen smaller ones. I thought they were standard size like I bought before.”

“I love the cards, but each time I make an order there seems to be a mistake when I receive it, which is a shame. As I then have to contact you to get the mistake put right, which is a hassle I could do without.”

“Lovely cards and gifts but my order was incomplete. I enailed to say this and was advised that i would receive it within the week. I rang a week later as i still hadn't received the cards. The replacements arrived 2 days later but 2 cards from the order were missing. Again I emailed to advise that this was the case. I said that it was poor attention to detail for the customer. Nobody replied to this email. I wont be ordering from whistlefish again.”

“Lovely cards but disappointingly slow service. Last year the cards I ordered in plenty of time for Christmas (end of November)arrived to late for posting, so used them this year. This year I ordered general birthday cards, out of the busy season but they still took ages to arrive, so I had to go out and buy a birthday card. Do not order unless you have time to wait!! I have given up going to their shops as the don't take cash anymore. Poor customer service”

“I love the cards but having placed an order I had no update until a week later when they told me they were starting to pick the order. At time of booking was told about 4 days for delivery. It would have been nice to be told that my delivery was delayed”
