The cards took so long to come that I didn’t need some of them anymore. The cards themselves were very nice.

Good quality cards & packed brilliantly, although on my last order I received 2 birthday cards & not new grandparents which I had ordered, I emailed & haven't received a reply

The cards I ordered looked superb on line and as Id ordered before I knew the quality would be good. However, I never got to enjoy them as they did not arrive, even though the tracking said they'd been delivered. I didn't realise this had happened as I missed the tracking message 'confirming' delivery so waited a couple of weeks before looking into the problem, assuming that Royal Mail was being slow as often happens. Such a shame!

Great products, well presented. But I sent a message using your online form asking someone to ring me about my order when it arrived and no one did. It was very poor to let me know an item was unavailable simply by a stamp on the delivery note. No email in advance. No email about my refund. No apology. No ‘Sorry’ hand written on the delivery note, just a stamp. This poor customer service has let you down.

I hope the speed of delivery can be improved. £3.80 delivery charge for 10 cards and it took one week to arrive. Most businesses delivered within 3 working days. I had to ring my neighbour to come over to push the package through or the cards would be damaged in rain.

Disappointed with delivery paid almost £9 for a picture to be delivered they said i was express but it actually took 5 days which meant i was away the carrier tried to deliver 3 times then i had to go back to them and get it redelivered there was no phone number and it was all very stressful because of this my present that i bought for their wedding didnt arrive and we ended up at the wedding without a gift very disappointed

I’m a massive whistle fish fan - in the padstow shop and online but was SO DISAPPOINTED re my recent order - not with the cards but the customer service. I placed my order on the Sunday realised at once I’d not put the right delivery address. Emailed straight away asking if order could be sent to my billing address and gave that address. Heard NOTHING so went on the live chat NUMEROUS time with no joy, why call it live chat? Even after numerous emails I didn’t get a reply until the Friday and by then it had already been dispatched to the wrong address. I was offered 200 points what’s that about? No offer of a refund or at least a refund on the delivery. It really has put me off ordering and I’m gutted about that as the cards are amazing

Previous orders I would have rated 5 star but my last bulk order, which wasn't apparent from the screen pictures, had a prevalence of gold on most of the designs I had chosen. The addition of gold cheapened the cards and spoilt what were good illustrations.

Whilst the products whistlefish supple are good quality and varied for all tastes my experience of service on this occasion was poor. The postal service delivered my order somewhere else. Although this is not whistlefish's remit, the after sales service should be. The Royal Mail customer service is difficult to deal with as it's managed centrally - still no response some weeks later. Whistlefish, has no in person customer service. After three emails over several days someone finally emailed and advised I hadnt looked properly and appeared to imply I was perhaps dishonest. Luckily the person a kilometre away kindly dropped the package in. Whilst I like the products I am undecided whether I shall use the service again.

Cards are great but the delivery took so long, I had to go out and buy cards for birthdays instead of using ones I had ordered in plenty of time.

Ordered more than 20 cards, used 6 so far and none of the envelope glue to seal the card works. Very slow to receive order on each occasion I have placed. Nice quality cards

Disappointed with the packaging this time. Cards were all loose and some of the corners were damaged. Not as good as previous orders.

Disappointed one of the items I had ordered didn't turn up and no note to say. I had to email to ask. As it was part of a gift I was happy to have something similar, but no!

Having placed many orders in the past I was disappointed to have a problem with my most recent order. I emailed customer services and the response was very tardy which I found surprising. However problem was eventually resolved.
