“I absolutely adore your cards. They are wonderful and unique however the customer service is not as good. It’s lacking, when cards were not in stock I did not receive an email to let me know and on contacting you it was a slow response and the solution was to reorder other cards. If I did this I would be out of pocket with additional postage costs and not meeting offer criteria. Therefore I feel reluctant to recommend you to my friends and family. Hope this is constructive.”

“Unfortunately my parcel was sent to a friend in Guernsey although I emailed immediately I knew it had been sent to wrong address. I had an email from you and the postage was refunded but I do hope it is only my address in Totland Bay Iske of Wight on your records because I do hope to order from you in futirez”

“Whilst I love the variety and quality of the cards they need to be packed better and in a plastic bag before posting to avoid weather damage. Recently had a delivery in a soaking wet box, one of the cards was eventually replaced. Would also be nice if there was a verse inside the cards.”

“Required products were not available in-store at Newquay. No facility to get them delivered to Newquay store for pick-up. In-store Newquay staff very helpful. On-line experience poor, help line never answered, unable to order on-line for pick-up at depot, limited delivery information prior to day of delivery. Products in line with expectations.”

“Usually I am really pleased with your products. The last order was disappointing, The packaging was too big for the cards which had moved around in transit to such an etent that the corners were bent and crushed. Thec cards also felt damp and a couple looked slightly warped.”

“Great choice and reasonable prices. I made quite a large order, and they sent me an incorrect wrapping paper. I emailed customer services twice, to request either a refund or the correct wrapping paper to be sent out, and received no response. It was only a couple of quid, so I gave up, but won't be ordering from Whittlefish again.”

“The cards are beautiful - really good quality. Dispatch of the order was very slow. From order to delivery was 10 days. I had also enquired about the availability of a particular product on the Facebook page and was told they were expecting more. But it never came back in stock.”

“Last visited the shop at the end of November had planned to buy my Christmas cards from you as I have done previously and was disappointed to find a very limited selection of Christmas cards available. Consequently I didn't purchase any Christmas cards on this occasion. I didn't complai in the shop but overheard other customers expressing the same opinion as I have stated here. My apologies for being so negative about this experience, however, I was very disappointed and would have expected to be able to make my purchases as planned. It was still only the end of November so plenty of time left to provide a good level and variety of Christmas cards.”
