Excellent selection of cards for all occasions and I did place an order. However, it seemed that all of my favourite cards were out of stock. This has caused me to abandon my order on many previous occasions. Most of the nicer cards always say out of stock and I feel like there should be an option to reserve the cards for when they are back in stock.

The products are lovely and they were delivered quickly however, I ordered a large gift bag and it was folded and shoved into a box that was too small so it arrived damaged. The cards were also all bent on one corner, I ordered about 20 so that was really disappointing. Not enough to warrant a refund but enough to be unsure if I would order again.

I wanted a card for a new baby, and got drawn in by the 11 for £10 deal, so bought 11 cards for upcoming events. Unfortunately instead of the baby card I was sent a random other card. You said I could have a replacement and this never arrived. The other cards were lovely but this was frustrating

I was really disappointed that you cancelled half my order even though the items were in stock when I placed the order. I ended up with 4 bags for gifts but none of the contents I had ordered. If I I order again I'll have to pay postage again and won't be able to use the first order discount again. I emailed and just got a reply saying I'd been given a refund, I had but that wasn't really the problem. Cards are lovely so I may order again but will find items for my gift bags elsewhere in case I pay the postage charge just for one item if others not available

I love the cards, tins, wrapping paper - they are all great quality and I really thought I'd found my 'go to' card store rather than shopping around elsewhere, however, their customer service is very much below par. My last order they took the money straight away but then no notification of the delivery, ok these things happen but when I went onto Chat - it was no longer available [even though within office hours] and then nobody bothered getting back to me. Same with email, just an automated response. Eventually they obviously corrected the error which triggered the automatic 'delivery notification' but no comms to let me know, no apology. You'll also note that they offer their 'own' review platform. Go on Trust Pilot for a more accurate picture of their customer service. Disappointed. The products are let down by poor customer service.

Picture arrived damaged had too wait long time to get a replacement had to contact few times for update. Annoying having to wait in for damaged picture to be collected and then wait for a replacement to be delivered. Customer service always polite and friendly though

Good quality cards & packed brilliantly, although on my last order I received 2 birthday cards & not new grandparents which I had ordered, I emailed & haven't received a reply

The cards I ordered looked superb on line and as Id ordered before I knew the quality would be good. However, I never got to enjoy them as they did not arrive, even though the tracking said they'd been delivered. I didn't realise this had happened as I missed the tracking message 'confirming' delivery so waited a couple of weeks before looking into the problem, assuming that Royal Mail was being slow as often happens. Such a shame!

Great products, well presented. But I sent a message using your online form asking someone to ring me about my order when it arrived and no one did. It was very poor to let me know an item was unavailable simply by a stamp on the delivery note. No email in advance. No email about my refund. No apology. No ‘Sorry’ hand written on the delivery note, just a stamp. This poor customer service has let you down.

I hope the speed of delivery can be improved. £3.80 delivery charge for 10 cards and it took one week to arrive. Most businesses delivered within 3 working days. I had to ring my neighbour to come over to push the package through or the cards would be damaged in rain.

Disappointed with delivery paid almost £9 for a picture to be delivered they said i was express but it actually took 5 days which meant i was away the carrier tried to deliver 3 times then i had to go back to them and get it redelivered there was no phone number and it was all very stressful because of this my present that i bought for their wedding didnt arrive and we ended up at the wedding without a gift very disappointed

I’m a massive whistle fish fan - in the padstow shop and online but was SO DISAPPOINTED re my recent order - not with the cards but the customer service. I placed my order on the Sunday realised at once I’d not put the right delivery address. Emailed straight away asking if order could be sent to my billing address and gave that address. Heard NOTHING so went on the live chat NUMEROUS time with no joy, why call it live chat? Even after numerous emails I didn’t get a reply until the Friday and by then it had already been dispatched to the wrong address. I was offered 200 points what’s that about? No offer of a refund or at least a refund on the delivery. It really has put me off ordering and I’m gutted about that as the cards are amazing
