Extreme lack of customer service as they were unable to do the most basic of tasks. I, therefore, escalated my complaint and have yet to receive a response. Clearly, they are not interested to speak to a customer or respond from senior management level. I certainly will not be using their services again.

Card took 11-12 days to arrive . 2 days after mothers day so I had to buy additional cards. Hopeless service. Will never use again which is a shame as cards are lovely

I placed an order expecting a free tin. The free tin never arrived. I queried this and was told my order didn't have enough 'qualifying items'. I asked to be escalated to the complaints department. I submitted a complaint and they didn't even reply to my email.

Underspent accidentally for a promotion. Wrote to customer service to enquire if I could make it right . No I couldn’t. No customer service or goodwill at all . I actually asked to be taken off the subscription list as could not easily find it online so am surprised to get this e mail

Very disappointed with a card I received with a misprint on the front. I had to email customer service who agreed that incorrect wording was on the card. They didn't initially offer me a replacement or refund for the purchase? When I requested a refund I was told to return the card and pay the return postage. I was displeased with having to return the card. I had previously sent them a photograph of the misprint. It wos of no use to me or anyone else for that matter. For the sake of one card I had to write to customer service three times. Finally I was told to write to their customer complaints department explaining the problem once again. I am very displeased and inconvenienced by the hassle this has caused. I have also had to make a special journey to a card shop to purchase another 80th birthday card. Do they think an 80 year old person is unable to read the message on their birthday card.???

I have emailed my issues to Alice and have cut and pasted them below…. …Thank you for your email but I’m so disappointed this item was missing from my original delivery and is now out of stock. As you will see from my original order I actually ordered 3 Union Jack tea towels to go with the 3 Union Jack notebooks. These were going to be birthday presents for friends but I can’t give them a tea towel on its own! I also don’t wish to add something else to the gift as it will all be out of context. Bearing in mind my previous order with you was also incorrect/incomplete I can’t fully express my disappointment. I really love the products but I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Whistlefish in the future as the service has been too unreliable.

Very poor customer service. I did not receive one item in my order. Although refunded. Whistlefish have not responded to my two complaints sent by email or when I tried to reach out on Facebook. It would not cost them much to send me the card I ordered. Considering they made the mistake. It appears they want me to make another order to get the card I did not receive. I won’t be ordering from this company again.

Another email chasing reviews from Whistlefish - surprising bearing in mind their card range is poor, the card I received was average quality (certainly not "Luxury") and having paid for "Express Delivery" I only received standard delivery. How likely am i to recommend to friends or colleagues? I'm not.

Hi Ian, Happy New Year to you and thanks for taking the time to review us. Looking at the Royal Mail tracking information, it shows that your order was dispatched 2 hours after you placed it, and then reached our local sorting office at 3pm in Truro. The next entry is 2 days later in your local sorting office in Sheffield and then Grimsby, so I can only assume that Royal Mail had capacity issues due to the Christmas rush. The Tracked 24 service isn't a guarenteed service but they do achieve 98% next day success. I can only apologise on thier behalf that they have not met this standard this time. I ordered a card with a Landrover on it, as it is very relevant to our family. I made sure I ordered nice and early. I received lovely cards with tractors on!!!. I have rung the company twice and have twice been assured that they would send the replacement cards. I have not received any replacements. It seems trivial, but it could be a family members last Christmas and the Landrover cards are very relevant to them. So I am very upset about this.

I received the wrong order and the customer service was dismal. I Would not buy from you again. I have always enjoyed whistlefish cards but this experience has left me feeling very disappointed.

Just to say that although I have purchased in the past and been happy with the order I was very dissapointed on my last card order as I did not get the tote bag that was offered and although I sent email to this effect I did not even get a reply

Had a lovely ordered posted out without number of house although on order invoice had it returned then you wanted to charge me postage again didn’t think that was fair very disappointing as love your cards
