I ordered 10 cards to reach the offer of £1 per card, plus postage. When the cards arrived 2 were missing because they were out of stock. £2 was refunded, however, for me to replace these two missing cards, I will have to purchase another 10 cards to get them at £1 per carc plus postage so I am massively financially disadvantaged to which Whistlefish stated that was their policy! Not impressed

Ordered cards, received someone else’s order… waited nearly a week before chasing, wait another couple of days. Tracked down telephone number (not on website). Spoke to someone who said my order would be resent. Waited nearly another week, no parcel. Called again. Told it was being refunded as stock supply issue. Lots of chasing. Also obviously got someone else’s personal details. Not impressed. Will get from shops in future, not online. Lost confidence in process.

The product is brilliant, the service is not! My order was lost, every message even by chat box takes a minimum of 2 days to answer, I chose for them to replace the order, it came with 4 unsuitable replacements and 2 cards short of my order.i ordered 2 lots of 11 cards for £10, I presume as the offer had finished it was decided I could only have 2 lots of 10 for £10 . I had to wait 4 weeks to finally get the order.

Cards are great but customer service is atrocious. I tried on several occasions to contact them via their website as I wanted to add something to my order. I received confirmation emails saying the team would get back to me regarding my request but to date I am still waiting for that to happen! Not good!!!!

Extremely poor customer service . I placed an order and inadvertently clucked on my sister’s address for delivery - she lives 200 mikes away from me . I contacted Whistlefish straight away by phone and the lady who answered said she’d amend the address . A week later the cards were delivered to my sister !! I’ve tried telephone numerous times to receive a prerecorded answer that the lines are closed - there is no live chat and I have emailed twice and not received a response - no customer service whatsoever.

during a weekend away I placed an order at your St Ives outlet for a picture. unfortunatley the print we wanted did not have a frame so would have to be ordered. this annoyingly meant we could not have 25% discount. the following day on our way home we called in Padstow. whilst in Padstow we looked in your outlet there. we found the print with frame and 50% discount. i asked the assistant if i could cancel the other and take that one with the discount, he was unable to assist and suggested i spoke to customer services. this was not possible until the Monday when we were back home. on the Monday morning I spoke to your custmer service team and explained the situation and there response was nothing we can do about it.

Whilst the product themselves are really lovely and great quality, delivery was very poor, and limited communication. Missed a birthday as it took so long to arrive.

Faulty bag I am shocked by the response from whistlefish to my issue. I was disappointed to find that the sustainability of your shopping bags has not met the quality I had come to expect. As a loyal customer who owns four of your other bags, all of which have been used regularly for shopping and have lasted much longer, this issue has been particularly disappointing. The faulty strap on this bag has rendered it nearly unusable, and I am concerned that when it eventually comes apart, the bag will only be fit for storage or disposal. This not only undermines the product’s sustainability but also its practicality. Given this, I am surprised that you expect customers to return faulty products at their own cost, which I feel is unreasonable under the circumstances. I strongly encourage you to review your supplier or manufacturing process to ensure your products maintain the high standards your customers have come to expect. Considering the number of negative reviews your company has already received, I am surprised you are willing to risk further dissatisfaction and damage to your reputation by not addressing these issues more effectively. In light of this experience, I will no longer recommend your store or purchase from you again.

I did not receive my cards due to their payment method of SHOP which has my old address. I could not change my address on Shop either, such a bad website. I gave up. Disappointed. 😭

I rang today to see if I could exchange 4 cards of which I duplicated, I felt they were extremely unhelpful. I have proof on my bank statement of spending £21 pounds on cards on the 23rd Dec 24. This wasn’t good enough. I felt intimidated and like a criminal. I am shocked at the response! Especially when I like to support local businesses. I certainly will not be recommending whistle fish, and taking my custom else where. Kind regards.

A huge disappointing service from this company. I purchased a print in a frame. One corner of the frame was damaged. I contacted Whistlefish.... sent photos of the damage. I was told because I had removed the cellophane I wasn't entitled to a placement. The cardboard corner protectors were under the cellophane so how was I expected to inspect the corners!? 🤔This still baffles me!! I was offered a £5 refund which I accepted (not sure what £5 will buy! certainly not a new frame which I will have to purchase) So future customers I would certainly think twice before purchasing a print in a frame from Whistlefish unless you have xray vision to check for any damage through the packaging!!.... Good luck!!

Items were left in torrential rain on doorstep in a storm (despite a sheltered outbuilding being next to it!). Whistlefish despite admitting they have lots of similar problems, rather than holding hands up and accepting the complaint have instead virtually accused me of lying! Had fantastic products from them previously so a shame they decided they would rather lose a customer in this situation over £13!. While eco friendly not to use plastic in the packaging this creates a problem (that they acknowledge) with ruined orders left outside!

My order was lost in transit apparently but no one contacted me I had to chase the order and when I spoke to the customer services I was told to cancel the order as most of the items were out of stock ? I was left with no cards and had to buy locallyI am a regular Whistlefish customer and felt disappointed

I like your products but this has been the last time that I ordered with you because still, after almost 5 years, you still do not give the opportunity to have my ordered goods send to The Netherlands. Very disappointing because there are loads of companies who do provide this service. I do not wish to keep asking friends to do what you good do as well.
