I am very happy with the products but very disappointed with the website. Its failure resulted in me missing out on a weekend offer and I received poor customer service from the help desk.

I did not receive my order until I had contacted Whistle fish to find out what had happened to it! Then it came very quickly.

Great products, but when something is wrong, absolutely shocking customer service. After years of being a very satisfied and regular customer, I have decided to stop using Whistlefish, which I am very sad about. I won't buy from a company who doesn't care or want to keep their customers. Leaves a very bitter taste. I phoned initially and emailed a few times.

Cards are amazing, however I cannot believe that you are still individually wrapping each card in plastic, I queried this over a year ago & you said you were looking into alternatives, well that doesn’t seem to have gone very well!

I was very disappointed that despite adding 30 cards to my basket, it was changed to 7 by the website. I did not notice this at checkout and was consequently charged full price for 7 of the cards which therefore cost me substantially more than had they charged me for 30. Customer service were no help, saying that I could send the package back for a refund but would do nothing else. I needed the cards for an event the next day so was stuck with it! Thumbs down! The quality of the cards I received was good and they would have got a 5* but for this money making catch.

Took 5 working days to send me an email to say one of my cards was out of stock, which was a Friday, was not dispatched till Tuesday . Cards were not packaged so they could fit through a letterbox , so I had to collect them which I was unable to do till a week later . It does not state on website that parcels are not despatched until at least 5 days after ordering , it only states delivery times when finally dispatched

I love whistlefish cards but I was very disappointed that my order took nearly two weeks to arrived. Ordered 26th Jan and arrived 8th Feb.

I love all your products and on our twice yearly visits to Padstow over many years have ,with all my family ,purchased so many things from your store,but ——- my recent purchase from you last week was a disaster.I thought that I had purchased the correct amount of cards but missed just one off the list.and had to pay the full amount for seven cards instead of eight for £10 .You will have my e mails listing all my purchases.Also I bought online from you last year,as well as buying in your stores.I would have thought .that.as a gesture of goodwill you would have noted this ,and given me the opportunity to purchase again at a reduced price but you basically said that I should have read your rules of purchase more carefully. Not really encouraging me to make more purchases!!!!

My issue with my order was that I ordered extra cards to qualify for a free tin to store them in. This did not arrive. I called up and was told you'd run out! No offer to supply another once in stock was made. I felt this was poor. I see this offer is running again, I'd appreciate it if I was sent a tin as a gesture of good will.

Didn’t get the free tin that I should have got for buying 30 cards. Patronising reply said I should have realised because it doesn’t show on the invoice. I don’t work there do not sure how I would know. Ignored my request for it to be treated as complaint. Poor attitude to customers

Have always loved shopping here... Whistlefish products are 5 * ... but this time the service I received was poor. I made a purchase to qualify for an offer... the site was not functioning properly, and by the time the issue was resolved, the offer tin was sold out. I wrote and asked if in the circumstances I might receive a substitute tin... I had no av acknowledgement of my email and no tin. Very disappointed

Delivery was expensive and unreliable, poor communication about when it would turn up. Missed two attempts and information card had no details. Office staff didn’t seen pariculary bothered. Love the art work but disappointed with service

I was disappointed how long it took to deliver the picture I ordered and would have liked an e mail telling me how long it would be and then when it was on the way.Because I was worried I rang twice after ordering to find out when my picture was coming.

I have previously bought products from Whistlefish, and was very pleased with them. This time, I was still impressed with the quality and value of the cards and notebooks, but was dismayed to find that the corners of the cards were creased. This had not happened in the post, because the outer packaging was substantial and undamaged. The creasing must have occurred prior to the cards being despatched, suggesting that the warehouse staff had been careless. In future, I shall buy my cards from the shops, so that I can examine them before purchase. Janet Paradine

I struggled.to complete an order I had started the previous day. It wouldn’t let me add to it? I did ring and was told to redo the order. This then meant that I missed out on some sale T towels I had chosen, because they were then out of stock.

Having ordered two items I was disappointed to be advised one was no longer available. The substitute product selected was delivered incorrectly with another item. I have had to make contact several times to resolve this to my satisfaction.
