Order took a lot longer to arrive than I thought it would. One card was substituted and was very disappointed in the replacement -will not use it - waste of a card.

The parcel was sent to the wrong address even tho they had the correct address on file and means my wife's birthday present is now a week late and still haven't received to art work. Let down is a understatement

The quality of the cards and their envelopes is so good. I was extremely disappointed that my order took so long, I am delighted that you are so busy, however, 3 specially chosen cards couldn't be used because the order took so long and I had to get others from a local store.

Took two weeks to despatch my order due to one of the items (jute bag) being out of stock. I had to chase my order three times. I was told that I would get a free pack of Christmas cards in my order to apologise for the inconvenience. In the end, I was sent totally different colour jute bags to what I had ordered without being asked which one I would like instead of the ones I had ordered and they were no Christmas cards as promised. Very disappointed.

It took 3 weeks and a reminder to get my delivery. No apology or goodwill gift in the parcel. Very disappointed. I had bought some things in the order as presents and the occasions passed before I got them.

Still waiting for my order, over two weeks now. Was informed nearly two weeks after putting in the order that a couple of the cards I had ordered were out of stock and to chose alternatives, however my original choices were still displayed as being available on-line. I love these cards but I won't be in a hurry to reorder unfortunately.

Ordered the floral pack. Some of the cards were good quality, others were cheap and shiny. Emailed and rang to query the quality and still haven't had a reply. Have been impressed with cards in the past, but this collection was cheap - and I only got what I paid for.

We ordered 20 floral bundles on the morning after they were released. Our order was accepted and payment taken. 5 days later I received 1 pack of 20 cards. I rang to say what had happened and was told that they would look into it. I got no response and phoned again to chase and was told they had run out of the floral bundles. I pointed out that could not have been the case only hours after the offer appeared and money was taken. I still haven't received an email to say that the money has been returned to our bank account. We have always had very good service and am very disappointed with the way this was dealt with . I still haven't had an apology for the error and no email to say the money has been returned to our bank account. I hope that you could send 380 cards. I await your response.

Your products are lovely. However, I made an order for card to send to a friend for their birthday. After it not arriving a week later, I made contact through your info email. I was told that there had been a technical difficulty and that the product would dispatched that day, a week later. No apology, just a factual statement. I replied to say that the occasion for which I wanted the card had now passed. I received no acknowledgment or email in reply. The product did eventually arrive and it was well packaged, but now sits unused and unopened on my desk.

Firstly I only received half of my order, and had to contact Customer Services, then wait two days to receive a reply. Eventually they said it was a system error and they would send the missing cards, but I had to let them know the cards I had received. I then got a duplicate delivery of the first half order, so contacted them again , to be told the correct cards were on their way. It all seemed very disorganised and disappointing as I had ordered specific cards for specific occasions in August. Not their usual service.

Hello Whistlefish I want to rate you high, but my order fell on a few hurdles. When I placed the order, I phoned immediately afterward to ask if it could be delivered on a particular day as I was away on business and realised after ordering that it needed to be signed for. I spoke with a lady whom I think was called Sue, who promised me it would be despatched in time for delivery on Thursday 21st July. It didn't arrive. I chased up with you. It had not been despatched. A part of this was a gift and for 21st so I was cross and disappointed. The lady whom I spoke to said it would be here for Friday - but we were then tied to the house again for another day. As a result we lost two days when we had planned to do things. When it arrived it was lovely but the journey from order to despatch was far from smooth.

Just one niggle - A card (Father's Day) was substituted as the one I chose was not available but the substitute was not useable as had an image of something not suitable for my dad. I would have preferred you to have made contact and offer me a choice of substitute.

I was given a gift voucher for Christmas , when I tried to use it in store was informed that I needed to do an online order , which was fine but told I could collect in store to save postage. The framed print I wanted wasn't on the website but after 2 or 3 phone call you placed it on the web , only to discover then that I was unable to collect from store but required to pay a further £10 postage. So disappointed with the whole service. Having said that I do love my Crantock Beach picture , but it was hassle !

Placed my order, which was straight forward. Received an email saying it had been accepted, but after a week I contacted customer service to say I had not received my order. Which they apologised and would process my order again. Order placed on the 11/04/17 and I'm still waiting my delivery.
