I have shopped with you for ages. Have an account and pay via PayPal. However, when you sent my recent delivery and you did not put my house number on the parcel you expected me to pay for the re delivery price. Also, when I asked for a refund you only refunded the card price you retained the postage charge. Not happy and will not use or recommend you again.

Wrong order sent and notified by email that there was a little problem. To compound matters, FedEx delivered parcel to wrong address and had to retrieve it, redeliver to me and then return it to sender. My order not resent until wrong order received back. No apology from Whistlefish.

I have been ordering from Whistelfish, for a few years love their products and services has always been out standing however my last order arrived with 75% missing.......there was no explanation as to why, I phoned the company to be told that the computer had a blip and only sent that had been down loaded......or being very well..... if I hadn't phoned and brought it to there attention they would of been none the wiser and I would never of received the rest of my order. !!!

After a failed shopping trip to the shop, only to find it did not take cash......to the mail order where I had to chase up delivery and the parcel arrived 2days after the expected date quoted, I dont think I will be using Whistlefish in the future. One of the frames is not top quality, but I have run out of time to get a replacement.

I did not get a text message or e-mail as stated telling when to expect my purchases . I did get an e-mail 5 days after receiving them saying that they were on their way to me .

I ordered Forever Equine Apron and Forever Equine Mug&Tin for a birthday present. I received Forever Equine Apron and Peach Pony Mug & Tin. Tried to get it exchanged but unsuccessfully as I needed the present quickly. NOT a happy customer on this occasion. Such a shame as I have always sung the praises of Whistlefish to my family and friends even taking them to the shops to buy cards when they stay with us. I wont be so keen to promote them in future.

Really lovely products but ordered them as a gift and having paid nearly £10 postage it was a shame it took over a week for the products to arrive and missed the Birthday for which they were ordered, for that amount I would have expected the items to be despatched the next day. But really lovely things when it did arrive.

I really like the Whisylefish designs but this time my delivery was 8 cards short. I phoned re this problem. I don't think the girl I spoke to understood that there were 8 cards missing from my order, but eventually she said she would send the missing cards. They arrived a few days later. There was not a reason given for the order mistake.

I have purchased from yourselves many times in the past and the service has been first class. However this time I placed an order on Sunday 4th August which did not arrive. I rang to query this and the callhandler implied that it was the fault of Royal Mail. I did point out that I had not received an email confirming that the cards were on their way ! I believe the order was never acted upon in the first place. I was not really given an apology . Hope this is not the way it is going to be in the future. I have also noticed on the last two orders that there was a lot of cards that were sold out.

Unusually my order arrived with less cards than expected After sending an email I had a quick and apologetic response. More cards have been sent - still not entirely sure that my order is complete but I am happy with the cards I have received

Im sorry to say that my order for cards was not as expected, I did order , as shown, a pack of 6 cards for each of the 3 designs shown and I just received one card for each at cost of £1.60 plus. That is why Im not going to order again.

The product arrived well packaged and as described however the delivery time was really poor, over a week from time of order, which if delivery were free would be acceptable but delivery cost was premium and no fault of postal service. For some reason the item took more than a week to dispatch. Hence I would be very reluctant to use this service again.

My order was placed over a month ago & paid for but I have not received it yet. Customer services say it is a Royal Mail problem but I am still waiting. This is not the usual service I have had from Whistlefish before!

Based on my last purchase as requested. Ordered 40 thank you cards on Friday for what I believed was next day delivery. Needed on the Tuesday for a charity event to thank volunteers. Nothing received so phoned on Monday ..no answer so emailed. No reply so phoned Tuesday morning to be good cards being delivered that day. Drove around village to find postman and ho didn’t have them. Phoned again and was told to go to St Austel where I could collect more cards with no charge. As it would take me 3 hour round trip and there wasn’t enough time I said I would have to go to my nearest shop in Looe. Went to shop and purchased cards.... shop assistant not too happy that I basically cleared shelves of thank you cards although I explained why. Didn’t even get as much as a tin for my troubles. Adds actually arrived on the Thursday so a week after ordering. Phoned as paperwork says charge for returning and told to pay charge and Whistlefish would refund .... bearing in mind already £32 out of pocket as had to buy two lots of cards and now had to pay postage up front. No apology at this stage either

Took a week to dispatch my order - and was only posted out after I emailed to ask where my order was. Sorry but, despite the cards being nice, I am not a happy customer.

I ordered a beautiful canvas. When it arrived you could quite Clearly see that the canvas had not been put onto the frame correctly as there was a gap at the top of the start of the picture. I contacted customer services and they made arrangements for the canvas to be returned. I was not notified when they received it back and had to telephone to chase. I was asked whether I wanted a refund or replacement I clearly wanted a replacement. I then got a refund With an explanation that the warehouse manager said there was nothing wrong with the picture and that was how the artist to drawn it which was clearly wrong. I then had to contact them again As I receive no postage back and there was clearly a fault with the item so felt that this was not my responsibility to pay. again I was refunded this. However I remain disappointed with the explanation that this was how the canvas was supposed to be as I feel they are obviously sending out substandard work and if I was the artist I would be very upset That my art work was being represented in this way. Whistlefish Said they would look into it further but I’ve not heard nothing more and I will be very reluctant now to use again which is such a shame as there are some talented artists within their collection
