Sad because I ordered an item by mistake, emailed straightaway and was told: Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and paid for we cannot make any alterations. Apologies for this. So sad only wanted to swap one item for another!! Oh well you must have too many customers!!!

Cards fabulous as always but received a damaged frame. Could not see damage as it was covered by corner cover under cellophane. Would not replace as I had removed the cellophane!! Very very disappointed as I have a frame I cannot use! Not good customer service ! Would definitely think twice before ordering again.

In your records you may well find that I have had dialogue with you before. Not on the standard of your products, - which is very good, but on your computer "route maps". Your offer to sell postage stamps kept coming up in the middle of my shopping, I would expect it to occur at the end just before checkout, - as with other commercial organisations. Second adverse feature was the route to get things. Your search box system needs refining please. It took several steps after advice from you - at base - to tell me how to get mens birthday cards. I should have been able to type in "mens birthday cards", but in reality there is more than one step to get where you want. Other firms have better search boxes. At one point I gave up and abandoned buying from you because it was tricky to find things. I only returned because in this virus limiting state, I had to ! In other words, you are losing turnover without knowing it, and in these times when your mail selling is paramount it would be worth your while to sharpen up your website. None of these remarks are meant to be unkind, just helpful for you to increase sales, without extra costs in shops etc., just paying someone to improve your computer sales. Order was advised a having been delivered but never arrived. Royal admitted it could have been delivered to the wrong address!? I was unable to check the address as you never sent me a confirmation of the order in the first place. Thank you for dispatching again and happy to say I am pleased with the cards received.

Really like the cards but disappointed that my order was incorrect on arrival and despite emailing the company have not had an response or correct cards replaced. Cannot send Happy Birthday cards ins place of With deepest sympathy. Appreciate we are living in difficult times and am hoping that my order will be corrected.

For some reason, my original review isn't appearing. Product has arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging (as of this morning) and I have not received an email response. Not impressed and would be reluctant to order again. Can't seem to get through on the phone?

The cards used to be varied and artistic - now simply more generic greeting cards. Sorry about that change I think I will try another supplier

Usually I don't have an issue with Whistlefish but this order was poor. I had bought a selection of items including 90th Birthday and allowed 10 days for delivery. It looked like this date wasn't going to be met so I had to nudge Whistlefish to send the order. Although not Whistlefish fault, Royal Mail Courier left a package of cards and paper outside in heavy rain. Due to the delay from Whistlefish there was no time to return so we had to dry out the order. We are not impressed and probably won't be ordering again online and only use the stores.

I received my order on January 7 th , 1 picture was incorrect! I'm still waiting for the correct picture to be delivered! Poor service .

While the artwork is good, the service was a disappointment. Two framed prints were ordered and one out of the two which arrived were correct. On contacting Whistlefish to resolve, the plan was for the incorrect item to be collected (by one driver) and the correct one sent (by another) on the same day. Whilst lady on the phone was helpful enough, the returns label wasn't sent and had to be reminded. Then the collection was made on the agreed date, but the parcel wasn't delivered until the morning two days later. All in all not a great experience considering the price paid for postage.

I have used whistlefish before and been happy with the service. On this occasion I ordered two pictures but found they had sent one incorrect framed picture totally unrelated to my order. I rang and the person on the phone was not particularly apologetic and wanted me to send a picture by e mail to 'prove' that it was not what I ordered. She said all the pictures were printed to order and couldn't understand how it had happened . I was left feeling that she didn't believe me and though it was my fault. They then arranged a pick up for the incorrect picture and only then was the correct picture sent. Having waited about two weeks for the first ones to arrive the whole process took a long time. I felt that they should have been more apologetic for the poor service and their telephone manner could definitely be improved.

Disappointed after many years of shopping with you. I misread the ordering of calendars on buy 1 get 1 free and ordered the one I wanted and assumed the other would come with the order. Your response was poor when I asked for the missing one. As a 76 yearold pensioner I really can't afford to lose out on the offer and my computer skills are not that good.

I love the products that whistle fish make. I was very disappointed that the order took 4 days to process and that next day delivery took 4 days to arrive!!

The website isn't well built or well designed. The courier selection is rubbish & expensive. The ordering / dispatch process is slow. Generally underwhelming. Not even a "click & collect" option which is odd. So local customers are expected to pay extortionate FedEx delivery charges. Bizarre, disappointing & underwhelming.
