Pleased with the card, it's presentation and price. £2.00 plus £1.50 delivery. However, during my ordering process I did not come across delivery times or options (IE next day, standard etc etc), besides a note of possible delays due to postal strikes. In spite of this, I felt that ordering Tuesday mid afternoon would be safe enough considering I didn't need the card until the following Saturday. It finally arrived the following Tuesday or Wednesday, so 7-8 days delivery time, several days after the occasion for which it was intended. There were no postal strikes in England or Scotland during this period. If you are organised and order WELL in advance, I can absolutely recommend Whistlefish, however I think I would stick with the well known card purchasing sites in future as a week or more is a little too long to wait.

The cards I actually received were fine but I had specifically ordered at this time to include 2 mothers' day cards. These did not arrive as they were out of stock! They were in stock when I ordered them and are still in stock today. I was refunded for the 3 cards not sent but I wouldn't order again if I needed a card for a special occasion.

Cards are of lovely quality. However packaging was terrible and split open at both ends. Cards were exposed to the elements as not protected inside

The cards arrived with 1 card missing. I had to e mail and send a photo to Wfish and they sent me the missing card but I would have thought as s goodwill gesture they would have sent two cards as it was hassle for me.

I am usually delighted with Whistlefish but on this occasion, I received my order of Christmas cards and there were three missing. I particularly wanted them as they had wording from Cornwall. I emailed to advise of the error but as yet have not had the courtesy of any reply.

Hello I waited 5 days before contacting you to say that I hadn’t had confirmation that my order had been despatched and then I was informed it had been. They were Christmas cards and I am still to receive them! Overall not great. Appreciate postal strikes but not ideal.

Not entirely their fault, but Christmas cards ordered on the 3/12, despatched by them on the 7/12 and still not arrived. Stuck in St Ives sorting office for over 2 weeks?

Order a couple of times a year from Whistlefish and delivery normally within a couple of days but this time more than 2 weeks to arrive so too late for posting Christmas cards !!

Takes too long for orders to be processed (and by that I mean BEFORE it's even despatched to Royal Mail). I've used Whistlefish far less this past year or 2 because of this. Placed an order a month or so ago (including Xmas cards because they were being promoted at the time) only for them to be delayed in processing by Whistlefish once again. As a result I bought cards from high street instead whilst I was waiting.

Whistlefish wrapping paper is superb quality. Unfortunately my recent order experience was very poor. I only received two of the 5 items I ordered. No explanation with the order and when I contacted them was told sorry the items are out of stock. Disappointing.

No stick on the envelopes - so had to use sellotape to seal. Also delivery too long - even though there were some still days - all other parcels arrived in plenty of time.

Ordered cards on Sunday 27th November - still not arrived on Friday 16th December (19 days later). If you know that there are going to be Royal Mail strikes then perhaps consider making alternative delivery arrangements?

Very slow delivery - can’t blame it all on Royal Mail !

So the cards arrived, but not the three books of postage stamps, still waiting for a response, after wailing four days ago,and I would like my money back for the stamps

I have used Whistlefish for many years, birthday cards, notelets and Christmas Cards. I ordered Christmas cards at the end of November and was advised of tracking. Whilst I am aware of the postal strikes the fact that the tracking has not moved from Plymouth sorting office for 2 weeks I feel justified in asking for a refund, but have been told I have to wait until 9th January.

A very long time to arrive (ditch Royal Mail while they are striking!) and order wrong when it arrived. Shame because the cards are lovely.

I placed an order on Friday 25th November, which included Christmas cards. I wanted to change one card in the order from an 80th card to a 60th one. Although I emailed to ask if this was possible only the next day, I was told that "once the order has been placed and paid for we are unable to amend this". My order has still not been delivered to me by 13th December, and last posting date for second class Christmas post has now passed. I have queried this with Whistlefish today, and they seem to put the delay down to strikes by Royal Mail, yet the order was days before it was even dispatched.
