Takes too long for orders to be processed (and by that I mean BEFORE it's even despatched to Royal Mail).
I've used Whistlefish far less this past year or 2 because of this.
Placed an order a month or so ago (including Xmas cards because they were being promoted at the time) only for them to be delayed in processing by Whistlefish once again.
As a result I bought cards from high street instead whilst I was waiting.
