The cards are lovely. However, the customer service is shocking. I ordered incorrectly, I was then told I would get a refund and an additional card sent in the post 10 for £9 (my order went through at 9 for £19!) , I then emailed someone who replied once and not again since. I visit the shops all the time all over Cornwall and buy alot from the shops and the staff are lovely but if you buy online and there's an issue, don't expect it to be rectified.

Despite being ordered in good time and paying £9.95 for postage and packing, my order arrived too late to be given as the intended birthday gift. Well over the 10 day dispatch time. Very disappointing service.

I made a mistake in my order mixing up the offer. Therefore I was charged more. I have been a regular customer, but no longer.

Doubled my order, but I had to pay for the return, have now phoned twice as they say they have paid it back last Tues. but still not have n my account. Not a happy customer. Good product, rubbish service.

Love the cards but the online ordering etc did not live up to that expectation. I will shop in store but not online again this reflects my review its not of the products but of the online service. Incredibly slow and poor communications.

I love the cards and very pleased with them, however 1 item on my order was missing, an offer product, the spotty tin. After two emails, which were not replied to, and after ringing your help line, who assured me this would be rectified, I am still waiting! So unfortunately I can only give 2 stars for the overall service.

Beautiful card. Such a shame the rigid supporting bit of card was smaller than the greetings card itself meaning the edges of the greetings card were all bent

Order came quickly and packed well. Order had been changed due to shortage. I was sent 2 Father’s Day cards, I only have 1 Dad who is not in good health so to be sent 2 was inconsiderate when a different substitute could have easily been given, eg another Easter or general birthday card. Despite 2 emails no substitute has been offered. I normally shop in store in Looe, where service is great, in future I won’t be online shopping with Whistlefish.

I have ordered from Whistlefish previously and had no problem at all. However, on this occasion I received an email to say that my picture had been dispatched when in fact it hadn’t. The courier update was poor and after nearly 2 weeks from my initial dispatch email, it finally arrived. Not the service I would expect for a paid delivery service.

Really disappointed. We had problems with our order and sent two emails to try and get some help; however, we’ve received no response other than a request to complete this survey!

Unfortunately some of the cards were wrong. An email asking for the correct ones has so far been ignored. Otherwise very good cards at a very reasonable price. Just get the feeling that admin a bit overwhelmed at the moment

Ich musste lange auf die Sendung warten, eine andere aus England war erheblich schneller. Sehr geärgert habe ich mich, als ich eben bei der Entgegennahme ohne Ankündigung des Versenders noch 15€ Zoll an DHL zahlen musste, zusätzlich zu den Lieferkosten, die vereinbart waren.

I have used whistle fish for a few years now and was always impressed with the service. not this time. I placed an order on 7th feb and received it on 19th Feb , it had only been posted out on 17th Feb. I called on 17th feb to ask re my order and was told I had been emailed to advise one of the cards I ordered was out of stock and they had waited over a week for a reply. I didn't receive such an email and the lady who took my call then said COVID had made things harder at Whistlefish due to staff shortages . This was not the case she I last ordered which was also during the pandemic. I think my order was overlooked and instead of admitting this I was given what seemed like excuses.Among my order on 7th was 2 cards needed for birthdays on the 19th , they obviously arrived too late . Very disappointing for a regular and loyal customer.

I had no acknowledgement of my initial order or response to my email querying this so I placed another. Said I did not want both orders but received them both and without the added discount on increased quantities! Obviously not pleased

Unfortunately the service I have received has been mixed. My original order was unavailable on the despatch date. I chose an alternative and was then told these were unavailable despite still being available to order on the website. The cards I received as an alternative were lovely and I appreciated some complimentary cards but they were not what I requested. I have now received an email inviting me to review the original cards that I've never received. I have emailed about this to explain and I'm disappointed not to have receive a reply.
