“The guy who answered the phone to me has quite a serious attitude problem. Very blunt and cantankerous with no customer care skills.”

Hi Jamie Burgoyne We are sorry you were upset by your perceived view of the attitude of our telephone operative. However, are you sure you did not mistake the straightforward, no-nonsense way of speaking common to Lancashire as being "blunt and cantankerous?" You need only look at our many five star reviews to see that lots of them refer to the helpful, friendly and knowledgable staff. As you went on to purchase the alternator I can only assume you were not overly affected by it.

“Excellent efficient company, answered my 'on line' query straight away, upon me following this up by placing an order by phone which was very uncomplicated, my BMW replacement starter motor was received by return. What was pleasing was delivery undertaken by DPD (the best) who keep you well informed on the progress of your parcel and giving you a one hour time slot so no waiting around all day. I highly recommend West Lancs for Starter Motor and Alternator replacements requirements.”
