“The product you supplied was suitable for the application and was good value for a new starter motor. My technical enquiries were not dealt with effectively - I supplied photos and explanations, and you promised to get back to me twice and failed on both occasions - I had to make the technical decisions myself”

“I would highly recommended west lancs auto electrics I ordered a starter from them with a number which turned out to be the wrong number however they took it back and my old one and refurbished it all at no extra cost”

“Alternator failed on daughter's car. A new one was nearly twice the price of a refurbished unit ( the refurb actually looks brand new ) ordered and delivered within 2 days !.... would definitely recommend or use again !”
