“Hi, I ordered my alternator which arrived very promptly. The whole order was hassle free, and also very easy when returning the exchange unit. The sweets too were a nice touch, which went down very well. I would recommend to others. Thanks”

“My old alternator was still attached to my car (partially working) and due to the different models available for my car,the only way I could get a view or part number for this was to use inspection mirrors, which I photographed and sent to West Lancs Auto Electrics, who were able to get the correct part, sent out within a day and arrived at my address, where I promptly fitted it and returned the old unit. Great support and knowledge especially working from my photographs and prompt delivery, I would highly recommend this company. thank you.”
