“Nikki my consultant is the main reason for the 4 star rating - she was knowledgeable, helpful and gave great service. The downsides - over 2 hr wait to be seen, very limited selection in my size, charged for things I wasn't aware of - dress hanger and dress bag (I bought a box to transport my dress for my overseas renewal). Tips - check the dress you want to try on is in stock, be prepared that the dress size you buy is 2/3 sizes bigger than normal clothes, it's not a luxury experience, functional is how I'd describe it.”

“Hollie at the Wednesbury store was absolutely lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. She made me feel comfortable and listened to what I was saying. She gave her opinion/advice and made suggestions when I asked for them and was overall so helpful and lovely. The only reason I have taken a star off is because I spoke to an online advisor the evening before I went to store to check stock at the Stoke store. Advisor asked when I would be visiting the store, I told her in the morning. She failed to inform me that the Stoke store is closed on a Wednesday. Myself and my bridesmaid (and Son) had driven 2.5hrs to arrive and find the store closed, hence we then drove another hour to the wednesbury store. This was very frustrating and could have been avoided with better communication.”

“Very helpful, out of four dresses the second one chosen so she was very quick knowing what I like and was very supportive with accessories she gave me brilliant idea on my dream wedding outfit! Also she was very respectful and mindful as I am deaf, very helpful and very easy to communicate with! Very happy with Fiona”

“Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, und haben sich sehr viel Zeit genommen. Leider habe ich das perfekte Kleid nicht gefunden, da es in meiner Größe (44/46) eine überschaubare Auswahl gab.”
