“I found it incredibly easy, bit disappointed that there were quite a lot of my books they didn't want, and also very little given for some. Overall it was very easy, and appreciated what I got”

“This is an excellent service, with fair prices, a clear contract and easy pick up of the books from home. As it was my first use I had questions after dispatching my books. These were answered in a prompt and friendly way. No books were declined or offer reduced, I received the expected payment in full about 9 calendar days after I sent them.”

“Really easy to use app and great collection service. Have used twice and books were collected via Evri the next day. Scanner can be a bit overly sensitive as sometimes beeps when you haven't scanned anything but it's no biggie. Easy to see & edit the list in your basket & labels sent as soon as you complete the sale. If you get a voucher, make sure you add it before completing the sale as you can't add it afterwards.”
