“Love my Konstsmide moose. It was very well packaged. Lumineo bunnies came one day apart. Misstakes happen and when they are rectified very promptly it's ok. Shop I will use again.+++++++++++”

“I ordered 3 items. One was damaged in transit but Webb's replaced it promptly & with no fuss. Of the three different companies I have purchased Lemax village buildings & figures from Webb's direct has the best customer service. I will be using them in future.”
