“I recently ordered an item on line for collection from the Wychbold store - I later had a call from a member of staff to say that the only one they had in stock was damaged, but they would send a new one to my home as soon as it arrived in the store. I was then contacted again when it arrived and told it would be posted the same day. The service provided by the particular member of staff was above and beyond what would normally have been required, so I was very pleased with the level of attention I received.”
