“Great price. Great description. Ordering was easy. Good communication. Pity that the delivery company you use is hopeless. Your Seb from customer services was brilliant and I can't thank him enough. I was looking to order another couple of the arches I bought, but I'm very unsure because of the uselessness of the delivery company. About 30% of the reviews of that company are extremely negative. That's not good at all. My goods did eventually arrive but one component was broken. Thankfully it was not a major problem and I was able to repair it satisfactorily. No idea when or by whom the damage was done. Overall, Webb's appear to be really good company.”

“I've brought a Christmas display from you and it was faulty, Seb sent me a replacement out the next day. Than I had problems with the courier taking back the return item because there computer couldn't scan the parcel, so Seb made sure they came and picked it up the next day. I was very happy with the help and customer service from Webbsdirect.co.uk”
