“ordering was easy but delivery cannot be left without a signature so cant be left in the porch and the depot is almost half an hour away. not sure i would have bothered to order if this had been clear”

“Product ordered easily and delivered when City Link said they would - very helpful driver. Only complaint would be that they allocate a whole day slot so you have no idea of whether you will get your goods am or pm. Could cause problems for people who are not able to be around all day waiting for a delivery.”
