“Generally I like Webb’s as a garden centre. There is lots of choice and things are laid out well enticing you to shop or recreate in your own homes. What I find disappointing is the restaurant coffee shop. The queue being waited to sit at a table the waiter service. It’s not needed. Let people find their own table, choose their own food and drinks. Even have shelves to clear their own tables onto a trolley. Saves time and stress. Some want a full meal meals others just want a coffee. You can segregate off meals, cakes, drinks etc. other garden centres manage it successfully. We always leave and go elsewhere for our food and drink in the area. This is my opinion.”
