“excellent service. the postage cost was half the rate that the local firms wanted. I would recommend this company to anyone. the two 6' by 3' trellis came in bubble wrap and was in great condition .thank you.”

“Delivery excellent, a most pleasant and helpful delivery man. I do not understand what rollover stars means but if I knew how I would give the maximum number. Please do not send me any more e mails, I find the instructions too confusing. Also I do not like the fact that because I have submitted this review I have agreed to I don't know what. I do not agree to anything.”

“Delivery was prompt although despite being a very heavy product, it was left for me (female) to put in the garage, which would have taken the deliver men 30 seconds to do. The product itself is very poor quality and finish. I acknowledge that webs have responded to this and refunded 10% but I still don't think that this is adequate for such a poor quality product.”

“I wanted to send gift vouchers for a birthday gift some garden centers now will not do vouchers on line so when I found Webbs I ordered very easily and they were received in about 7 days. Very efficient.”

“Not satisfied. Why advertise a product that is not available. My order arrived a day early and not when you told it was to come. Weedol tubes are available locally , so it is not worth for me to pay postage. Get your act together.”

“After having knee surgery 2 wks ago both my daughters decided to get out the house and take me for dinner at your, I must say how disappointed I was at the food we had. I ordered a panini which was bearly warm, very plain with a salad that had been out for hours. I would have expected from you and the price did not reflect the quality”
