“Product was exactly what I wanted but the over packaging crazy. 3 small packets were well wrapped and would easily have slipped through my letterbox. They were then wrapped in bubble wrap and then a large box - all quite unnecessary. Fortunately a bright delivery man saved me a trip to the depot.”

“I ordered a £300 Christmas tree. They delivered the wrong tree! Not only the wrong make but wrong colour & wrong size! They offered us the store one but wasn't prepared to offer any discount. Eventually they offered £30 off, delivery the next day by an employee & coffee shop voucher. The guy who delivered it was great. However, we've not received the £30 credit or vouchers!! Absolutely disappointed-won't be ordering from Webbs again!”

“After trying several garden centres and online outlets for my Root trainers and either they were out of stock or too expensive, I came across Webbs they had exactly what I wanted to sow my Sweet peas in. I ordered 2 sets of the Deep ones and I was delivered one Deep and one Rapid root trainer. I sent Webbs an email saying I would send them back the Rapid one as I needed the deep ones for peas and they by return sent me a replacement and I was told to keep the rapid one. I was so pleased as I now have a spare for other things. I will definitely order my other items from them, one for there kindness and secondly for the speed they dealt with the mistake. Thank you Webbs”
