“The website was easy to use & the log roll was as good as the description.The delivery came as promised on the day agreed. There was an indication through a text message that the order was going to be delayed but that turned out to be incorrect as the delivery took place as agreed ?”

“Even though the customer service was very good at Webbs I was badly let down by the deilery service as it never turned up at all on the day it was booked in to arrive and the time I specified for the next day was also incorrect, not good enough for people who run a busy business I'm afraid.”

“Paper work with delivery was correct but someone doesn't check sizes with a rule! Half the size ordered was delivered and so I have to wait in again and you have to pay double delivery. On telephoning to complain - no apology given until I asked for one. Serious sales training required!!!”
