“Excellent service. delivered on time. Plenty of e-mails/text message confirming delivery date AND time slot (1 hour) and opportunity to change date or specify where to deliver to. Good and helpful use of technology. Only thing that could have been more helpful would have been a confirmation text to say it had been delivered (useful for people who send a gift, or get it delivered to neighbours).”

“Placed my order Monday, delivered on Thurdsay. Very happy with service. I received a text to tell me when delivery would be, they make it very easy by telling you to text back 1 to have delivered to neighbour, 2 for the next day, 3 day after & so on. Great service, thank you.”

“I ordered a live plant, it arrived in excellent condition. There was one purchase I ordered at the same time, however they did not have the colour I wanted so had to be changed, I wasn't entirely happy about that, however that is only a small criticism. I am perfectly happy with the one that was sent, after consultation with a very nice and polite lady. I will always recommend Webbs Garden Centre. Linda.”
