“Price quoted on line £760, got knocked down for less then a months mot, minor scratches on car, said work would have to be on car? Admin fee £50, resulted in price of £299, due to time restrictions, reluctantly took offer, will pass this info onto others.”

“My car was immaculate with new MOT. On inspection they knocked a further £610 off their rather low online valuation with no explanation. And forgot to mention the £100 admin fee. The worst possible way to sell a car.”

“I spent 65 minutes in my car with an employee. I was quoted online but when I arrived and after a thorough inspection, he said the price had dropped by £800 after speaking with his manager. He said the quote is dependant on other factors and yet he said my car was in pristine condition. He even asked if I had the car cover coated as it's in excellent condition. He left promptly when I didn't accept the sham of an offer. It felt as thought I was close to being conned.”
