“The salesman was great and was very polite and explained everything we needed. But we buy any car expect a 13 yr old car not to have any marks on it when it has done 127000 miles. So because of marks on the car they devalue it by £200 pounds on a £600 original valuation, They need to give a minimum value and a top value rather than dropping their offer on probably every vehicle they have wuoted on”

“Very easy and efficient service, took the effort out of rescinding unused car tax and sending part V5 documents to DVLA and money in the bank before we got home but be aware that the valuation you get online is for grade 1 cars you’ll be lucky to get that when they see it but hey ho if your car’s got to go then this is easy”
