Our simple three step process provides our customers with a quick, easy, safe and convenient way of selling their car. “This company is a joke. 3 weeks ago they valued my car at £12,800. Today they have valued it at £8,500. The car is 4 years old, top spec with over £4,000 options and the absolute cheapest you can find a similar spec car for is £14,500 and that's a year older than mine. I watched an online version of a trade auction with a much lower spec car than mine last week and that made over £12k. They seem to make their prices up out of thin air. Quite how they work out it's lost £4,300 of value in 3 weeks is beyond me. Needless to say I won't be selling it them.”

“Quick turnaround once you decide to sell. Unfortunately the price quoted was reduced once the car was viewed, with tiny details marked down. It would be better if the valuation was lower and then changed to the positive and higher amount once viewed.”

“What happens when things don’t quite go to plan? Had the best offer from WBAC, took the car to the branch, the buyer Oliver was great to deal with and the price agreed was the best of any dealer. Unfortunately the leasing company were not so helpful but WBAC office did everything they could to help the process along. After 3 weeks and dealing with the Regional Manager Craig who was extremely helpful the car was sold and the price agreed was upheld with WBAC. Thanks guys for delivering on your price promise, I hope the car goes to a good home and they enjoy it as much as we did. :-))”

“My log book was sent of by yourselves after we agreed a price and I accepted the next day I was contacted offering me a different price which was the difference of over 1500 pounds less this was three weeks ago I declined and collected my car 3 weeks later I am still waiting on my log book to be sent back to me and have missed 4 opportunities to sell there was a minor fault which was made by my Merchanic during servicing which he rectified within 5 mins now I am waiting still for my log book it has inconvenienced me greatly .”
