“What happens when things don’t quite go to plan? Had the best offer from WBAC, took the car to the branch, the buyer Oliver was great to deal with and the price agreed was the best of any dealer. Unfortunately the leasing company were not so helpful but WBAC office did everything they could to help the process along. After 3 weeks and dealing with the Regional Manager Craig who was extremely helpful the car was sold and the price agreed was upheld with WBAC. Thanks guys for delivering on your price promise, I hope the car goes to a good home and they enjoy it as much as we did. :-))”

“My log book was sent of by yourselves after we agreed a price and I accepted the next day I was contacted offering me a different price which was the difference of over 1500 pounds less this was three weeks ago I declined and collected my car 3 weeks later I am still waiting on my log book to be sent back to me and have missed 4 opportunities to sell there was a minor fault which was made by my Merchanic during servicing which he rectified within 5 mins now I am waiting still for my log book it has inconvenienced me greatly .”

“I got a decent price for my car but when I got home I released I had left a pair of sunglasses in I went back and the car had gone to the auction house the guy was not very helpful I phoned the auction house and they said they would get back to me but never did”
