A quick process and friendly staff, although they lure you in with what seems to be a good price but I’ve never heard of anyone getting the full price off the website! Then there’s the admin fee and another fee if you want to be paid quickly! Like I said if the price they pay was closer to the price they quote I’d be a lot happier!

He Looked for any little mark , as previous customers have said could be rubbed out , was expecting around £7855 got £6300 big drop the car had 25000 on clock 2018 plate couldn’t afford the other car I wanted due to this reduction.

The chap just kept looking round my to find a fault but it is in excellent he fond a mark on the rear bumper which would have polished out and knocked of one hundred seventy pounds for not impressed

We buy any car NEVER pay out the price guarantee always expect to receive between £500-£1,000 less than promised

The valuation service was good but I was annoyed that we couldn't get paid the same day as advertised. After we agreed to sell the car the communication from WBAC wasn't great.

The salesman was great and was very polite and explained everything we needed. But we buy any car expect a 13 yr old car not to have any marks on it when it has done 127000 miles. So because of marks on the car they devalue it by £200 pounds on a £600 original valuation, They need to give a minimum value and a top value rather than dropping their offer on probably every vehicle they have wuoted on

After agreeing a price for my car with the rep, ( he checked it) he made a call for a ref number and the person told him to go and have another look and find more defects, he thought the price offered was too high. After doing this the price was brought down. I think if a price is agreed that should honoured. NOT GOOD.

They didn’t give the money they quoted (£400 less) they said the mileage wasn’t the same as on the quote. It was approximately 75 miles more which was the distance I had to drive to their depot !!!

Very smooth and quick service. Nathan at Coatbridge branch was very nice and helpful. Initial offer was £5500. They found a scratch about 3 cm and other small stone blemishes I couldn’t even see and deducted £500 ( you also pay £75 fee for sale). We eventually settled on £5215 but be prepared for large deductions for the smallest marks.

Please quote prices that you are willing to stand by- not ones where you automatically try and chip on price. You know the age of the car and therefore what condition it is expected to be in!

Not happy this visit as have been previous thought agent was more interested in knocking money off of me than giving fare price as my car was priced a week previous by another agent and I was told car was in mint condition grade 1 25 miles later a different agent says it’s damaged and grade 2
