“Very smooth process and the chap that dealt with my car was brilliant, friendly and very good. Only negative is whatever quote they offer … it’s 100% going down. I had full service history and my car was in very good condition… came down a big amount still!”

“The service at point of sale was very good and Charles at the Llanelli branch was very good. He phoned me twice to check on things and answered all my question. However, when I dropped it off. The car was in very good condition for a 15 year vehicle. The price dropped over £350 from the £1,500 offer. This included an admin fee of £50. Plus I agree the tyre compressor was missing. It seemed like every little mark (which there was only a few) dropped the price more. As I was selling the car on behalf of an elderly family member. I’m disappointed of the percentage drop in the price offered.”

“Surprised at payment taking so long, internet banking is immediate, a dealer would not let me take a vehicle from the forecourt until the funds hit his bank account. Feel very vulnerable having to leave keys, V5 and vehicle. Scams are rife these days and I will feel uneasy until I receive the funds tomorrow. I think in lite of this you should consider revising your policy on this matter.”
