“I had an appointment at the Chichester branch and initially had to wait as the member of staff was running over time. He apologised when he got to us, and started the valuation. At first I was a bit apprehensive as the member of staff was talking so fast and I got the feeling that the final offer price would be ridiculously low compared to the initial online valuation. The final price was about 10% less than what was initially quoted, which was partly due to me under quoting the mileage online, and it was still higher than what the original dealership were prepared to offer me, even on the basis of a part exchange with them! I decided to sell to webuyanycar, and the money was received as expected. There's a transaction fee which is listed on the website. I would definitely use webuyanycar again.”

“They offered us $10,000 for our vehicle. We declined as we had done our homework. 2 weeks later , we got another offer from them: $8,500. We traded our vehicle and got $14,000 for it. Do NOT go to We Buy Any Car company as they low ball the price.”

“I've seen the adds and know people that have sworn by this company. My main issue was the lies. Do not advertise same day transfer and next day when it actually depends on the value of the car. Had I known about this I would not have either used a different company or being more informed and being prepared to be without a car for a couple of days. As I called Customer services out about this they managed to do next day service but that still meant the money isn't guaranteed until 7pm so still means that you need to be prepared to be without a car or male alternative arrangements. I hope this will help someone else. Whilst the agent was friendly and helpful his product knowledge of cars wasn't that great. He didn't even know that the car I was selling was ulez compliant and also tried to claim that through a part exchange I would have got significant less. It was only a £200 difference not 2k.”

“The car was 9 years old, at the time of booking the appointment the mileage was 27,000. When we got the car to them they knocked hundreds off because the mileage was 27,300 as we were still using the car the mileage had gone up. The car scored 96 which was very high but still managed to cut the value by £560 from the online valuation. I dont know if these people are regulated by any industry, but they should be. Looking at all this negative feed back something should be done.”
