Misleading price quote and were told that a panel had been resprayed when it really didn’t look like it had. He said it had but we had to take his word for it and then he knocked off around £800. Unreasonable really

Fantastic and efficient process, got the quote online and turned up next day, 15 minute check of vehicle and paperwork and deal agreed , slightly less then online quote but there was some stone chips on the bonnet so a fair assessment to be honest. Compared against trade-in offered by Tesla and others and their value was fair .
