Think the £50 admin fee is a rip off and is just a stunt to make you feel like they are giving you more money than they are for the car. Overall was quick and easy. Lots less hassle than a private sale but the price you get reflects that!

The customer Service from Callum was very good, he was knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. Great service. Disappointing that my quote had expired, it probably should be communicated when an appointment is made beyond the expiry date, this was poor. But takes nothing away from the excellent customer service.

I was disappointed at what I felt was quite a low offer BUT it was so easy. I drove my car to the agreed place and left without it . Money in the bank- taxi home !

I had a 20 minute appointment which 1 hour 40. It took forever all because a zero was put in the reg rather that an ‘O’ then he inspected the car said there were scratches which were dirt marks and I proved it. Finally nearly £400 less then the online valuation because of a small stone mark on the bonnet which could be gotten out for £25 maximum. A little bit of a rip off if I’m honest.

The whole process was very professionally dealt with. I went to the Boston office in Lincolnshire. Jason was extremely helpful and took me through the whole process, making me feel confident about the process. This is my first time selling a car this way.
