We spoke to two different people working at we buy any car and asked how much roughly my Aygo Toyota valued at £1,400 would devaluatie after they informed us that the car had history or a category N write off.. they informed us that it would still be worth the journey from Orkney (to Inverness) which is a 1.5hour ferry and a 2.5hour drive (costing over £100). We were then offered £210 for the car! This wasted a whole day of travel and money! We are very very disappointed with the service and the misinformation! We would have just scraped the car locally or sold it in Orkney if we knew this would be the case! Terrible customer service and we will not be back unless we get a sincere apology or some compensation! Regards Lillie

Quick and easy process, although it is a little annoying that the figure quoted keeps changing, even if two quotes are generated on the same day, and the amount knocked off for damage to bodywork seemed quite high.

First time use of this service and was very pleasantly surprised. The original price quoted was a few hundred pounds less than one of their competitors but I chose them because of the quick timescale. Booking a slot was easy and when I arrived the service was so easy. He said the process would only take 15 minutes and he was dead right. I had expected a bit of hassle over the condition of my car even though it was immaculate. I just thought he would find something really small so as to reduce the offer price. He just said that the car was exactly as described. When doing the paperwork, he said the price had actually gone up a bit so I got a bit more which covered the fees. Brilliant!
