“Very smooth process. Received a fair price for my car, although slightly lower than initially quoted, I went into my appointment with the understanding that the quoted price is based on pristine condition. Overall, very happy with the service I received at the Andover branch.”

“The local agent was very helpful, price less than others offered but fewer strings attached and face to face not all online; in particular having to give bank account details to an unknown website. Possibly would have received more from others but do not like remote agreements with people that I do not know.”

“The young man we dealt with was lovely, professional and friendly & is a credit to your company. My low rating was the price, was quoted 2700 and ended up with 1080, not acceptable at all, if it wasn't for the fact we really needed the money we would have never have sold to a company that totally lies to you on the web and then rips you off when you get there.”
